Xero training thatsticks.
Most teams use a fraction of Xero and spend too long on the parts they do use. We train your people on your own file, around the jobs they actually do, so the habits stick after the session ends.
What's included
One-to-one sessions
For owners and managers who want to move around Xero with confidence and understand what the numbers are telling them.
Team training
Short, focused sessions for the people doing the daily work, using your live file and your real transactions.
Rules and shortcuts
Bank rules, repeating invoices, templates and settings that take the repetitive clicks out of the week.
Written guides
Step-by-step notes for your own processes, so new starters learn it the right way first time.
How we approach it
Generic Xero courses teach every feature to everyone. That's why people forget most of it. Our sessions start with a short look at how your business uses Xero, then focus on the handful of tasks that take up your team's time.
As a Xero Certified Advisor, we also spot settings that are making life harder: bank rules that don't fire, tracking categories nobody uses, invoice templates that confuse customers. Those get fixed as part of the training, not left for another day.
What you get out of it
Faster daily admin
The same jobs in a fraction of the time.
Fewer mistakes
People understand why, not just which button.
Confident owners
Answers from Xero without waiting on anyone.
Xero Training questions
Is Xero training done remotely or in person?
Usually over Teams with screen sharing, which works very well for Xero. In-person sessions can be arranged.
How long is a training session?
Typically 60 to 90 minutes. Long enough to get real work done, short enough to stay focused.
Do you train on a demo file?
We prefer your own Xero file, because that's what your team will open tomorrow morning.
Can you train a new starter from scratch?
Yes. We'll build a short plan around their role and the tasks they'll own.
