Do your systemstalk to each other?
Most businesses run on five or six bits of software that don't share anything. So people copy and paste between them, and things slip through the gaps. We connect them so information is entered once and flows where it needs to go.
What's included
System map
A clear picture of what you use, what each system holds and where information is being re-typed.
The right connection
Built-in integrations where they're good enough, Zapier or a custom API connection where they're not.
Testing against Xero
Connections tested with real data and checked against Xero so the numbers agree.
Monitoring
Simple alerts, so you know straight away if a connection stops working.
How we approach it
Integrations are only as good as the thinking behind them. Before connecting anything, we decide which system owns each piece of information, so you never end up with two versions of the same customer or invoice.
Where an off-the-shelf integration does the job, we use it and set it up properly. Where it doesn't, we build the connection, document it and keep an eye on it.
What you get out of it
Enter it once
Information flows to every system that needs it.
Fewer errors
No copy-and-paste mistakes.
One version of the truth
Systems that agree with Xero.
Systems Integrations questions
Which systems can you connect to Xero?
Most modern software has a way in: CRMs like HubSpot, job management tools, Shopify and other e-commerce platforms, Stripe, payroll, Microsoft 365 and more.
What if there's no built-in integration?
We'll use Zapier or build a direct API connection. See Custom Tools and APIs.
What happens if an integration breaks?
We set up alerts so failures are spotted quickly, and we're on hand to fix them.
